Sono rimasto in Germania per 3 anni e ho lavorato per un’azienda. Sono tornato in India e lavoro ancora per questa azienda come appaltatore tramite una terza parte che gestisce i pagamenti. Il contratto viene rinnovato su base annuale. L’anno scorso ho fatto domanda per il visto d’affari e mi è stato concesso, ma quest’anno me lo hanno rifiutato. Il processo, l’accordo, tutto è rimasto uguale. Penso che durante la compilazione del modulo, VFS abbia aggiornato i miei dati come FREELANCER, cosa che prima non avveniva.
Qualche indicazione o aiuto su cosa posso cercare di migliorare? Allegando di seguito il motivo del rifiuto.

Have you actually asked the consulate?
forged documents provided doesn’t sound like what you are telling us.

You ARE a freelancer working for that company and they say you didn’t provide any justification and conditions for your stay.
Why do you need to be here for business? You work remote? Did the company demand you come over for x-days?
If not: No reason to give you a business visa.
