I’ve never needed to see someone and cared whether they’re Indian, Pakistani, Nigerian etc, it’s ridiculous.
I do think we should encourage more British people to enter healthcare professions through higher pay, lower/no student loans, better conditions and manageable workloads though.
It seems a bit predatory to keep draining developing countries of their doctors and nurses. I understand there were some trials of agreements with countries like the Philippines where they would work a minimum number of years there before coming to the UK to make it a bit more sustainable.

Ugh what assholes. A few months ago I was in the hospital and one of these miserable old fucks was kicking off about wanting a white doctor and white nurse in the ward.
Hospital staff are better than me because if you’re fit enough to be a racist jackass, then go the fuck home. I felt so bad for the staff who were just trying to do their job.
Before anyone says you shouldn’t be punished for hurty words ( and perhaps im being unduly cynical) they threatened her with a dog , pulled her hair and punched another woman. All because she said their dog which was barking at a child should be on a lead.
