      3.4 mil sounds little tbh, the whole street needs at least 5mil. But man im glad they are finally taking some action. I always feel bad walking around these streets with so much potential yet nothing to be done especially after the incredible project they took on the last decade. This could finally bring some attention to the capital as it had been completely left out

      Are they going to take years and years to fix it with delay after delay until most of stores there have gone bankrupt or moved out and by the time it’s done it’s a dead area?
