Abbiamo vissuto in un appartamento in affitto in Svizzera per 3 anni. Quando abbiamo ispezionato l’appartamento, ci è stato detto verbalmente che un piccolo graffio sul parquet in soggiorno sarebbe costato circa 50-100 franchi.
Ora abbiamo ricevuto la fattura finale e ci sono stati addebitati 200 franchi.
Puoi vedere il graffio nella foto (righello accanto per la dimensione).
Pensi che 200 CHF per un graffio così piccolo dopo 3 anni di utilizzo siano ragionevoli o piuttosto eccessivi?

In meinen Augen nicht, nein. Schau mit deiner Haftpflicht was die dazu sagen.
Nach drei Jahren werden die sowieso das Parkett polieren müssen. Dann ist der Kratzer sicher weg.

Freundliche Erinnerung, sich beim Mieterverband anzumelden. Selbst wenn man es nicht braucht, es ist eine gute Sache. (Ich habe keine Verbindungen zum Verband)

Reib mal eine Walnuss drüber (Die Nuss ohne Schale) und polier mit einem lappen nach. Kann sein das verschwindet

This is sometimes the case that the landlord will find excuses to invoice you. I had once a complaint that the light in a room was broken and he wanted to invoice me 120CHf to let an electrician come and replace it. I went back and did it myself (replaced with a normal light bulb). It’s bonkers.
Du zahlst Miete für die Nutzung dieser Wohnung. Alle Schäden, die mit einer “normalen” Nutzung verbunden sind, sind durch die Miete abgegolten. Dieser Kratzer gehört absolut dazu. Zu 10’000%!
