Quindi ho ordinato qualcosa da prendere da Nicosia a Limassol. La consegna è Gap Akis. Ho ricevuto un pacco aperto con alcuni articoli mancanti. Il corriere ha trovato il pacco e mi ha avvisato che era aperto. Ho scattato una foto.
Ho scritto al mittente e ad Akis tramite il modulo sul sito.
C’è qualche possibilità che riceva i miei oggetti mancanti o un risarcimento? Ho ricevuto molte volte la consegna ed è andato tutto bene ogni volta che mi sono perso un po’

Best bet is to call akis and complain
Probably during the transfer it was opened and products fell out.
The sender should make their bags more secure in the future. Not sure if you get compensated though
So the Akis responded that they are investigating the issue.
I think I shouldn’t have accepted the opened parcel, that’s on me
