There should be at least an ID number of the decision (not sure how it is called), some contacts from the municipality side, etc. Especially interesting are the noise and fireworks permits (normally you should ask a police for every single use of fireworks outside of the Christmas time), let alone the reservation of the public spot for the whole season. Oh, and also the right to possess any vehicles…

Clearly a joke. Guess it’s a way to complain about certain groups occupying the grills ? I’m often in oittaa and in the summer the grills are often taken by large groups of immigrants for hours for their own meetings. I kinda like it but on the other hand when done systematically it turns something public into something private
