Sono un recente M.Sc. Laureato in meccatronica in Germania, mira a ruoli entry-level in visione artificiale, intelligenza artificiale/ML e guida autonoma.
Ho fatto domanda per circa 150-200 posizioni negli ultimi mesi, ma finora non ho ricevuto richiamate per colloqui. Sto cercando di capire cosa potrebbe mancare o non essere chiaro nel mio profilo.
Apprezzerei davvero un feedback su:
• Chiarezza e struttura del mio curriculum
• Rilevanza per i ruoli entry-level in Germania
• Se la mia esperienza è in linea con le aspettative del settore
• Eventuali segnali d’allarme o miglioramenti da suggerire

Have you missed the fact that the job market is extremely bad in tech especially in junior roles and even more so for non German speakers?
One page too long, way too much irrelevant information, B1 and the current market on top.
Finding a job in Germany without speaking German at a high level is nearly impossible.
Also giving random out-of-context performance evaluation numbers for ML projects is just wasting space.
Job market is shit for those roles, and I’d cut the second page entirely, just add a link to your GitHub directly. And I wouldn’t put your language skills somewhere more visible.
It’s too long, try to make it more concise and on one page if possible. It’s been years since I had to apply but there wasnt as much text either, basically just bulletpoints
