Questa struttura tariffaria è assurda.
Parcheggiato brevemente, lasciato quasi subito, il tempo totale di parcheggio è stato di 2 minuti. Il costo effettivo del parcheggio? € 0,09. Abbastanza giusto.
Ma ecco il kicker:
– Parcheggio: 0,09 €
– Commissione di transazione: 0,45 €
– Totale: 0,54€
Quindi la tariffa è 5 volte il costo effettivo del parcheggio.
Capisco che le app debbano guadagnare, ma questo modello di prezzo non ha senso per soggiorni brevi. Una tariffa fissa punisce chi parcheggia brevemente. Perché invece non addebitare una percentuale? O almeno utilizzare un modello “percentuale O tariffa fissa (a seconda di quale sia inferiore)”?
In questo momento sembra che tu venga penalizzato per aver utilizzato l’app nel modo in cui dovrebbe essere utilizzata.

It’s not like the fee is hidden though.
As it’s fixed it will be less interesting for small durations and more interesting for longer durations.
In many parking zones you can park for free if you only want to park for 15-20 minutes.
You can choose the free session in the app too.
It wasn’t possible in the zone where you parked ?
How much would you pay if you would buy 2 minutes via parking automat?
Then don’t use the app and go to the parking meter.
