Hi, I’m really sorry you’re going through this. I hope this turns out to be a scare and he shows up soon.
Situations like this are very stressful, but in Spain it’s actually quite common that people are found hours later (lost phone, dead battery, got lost, etc.).
Still, in case you didn’t already, should do the following:
– Call 112 (Spain’s emergency number, 24/7, English available)
– National Police: 091
– Mossos d’Esquadra (Catalonia police): via 112
Make sure to give them all the details: last location, time, clothing, who he was with.
Additionally, you could try and contact the nightclub, nearby hospitals or locals to the area in order to check if they have security cameras that could help. Maybe he is around there in a local or something, don’t lose faith
You can also contact the U.S Embassy in Spain (+34 91 587 2200), they can help coordinate locally.
