Prima di tutto vivo ad Amburgo e approfondiamo
Giovedì scorso stavo guidando e aspettavo il segnale di svolta a sinistra. C’era un furgone dietro di me. Quando il semaforo è diventato verde, l’autista mi ha suonato il clacson perché non ho reagito immediatamente.
Mi sono arrabbiato e ho aperto la finestra e gli ho dato il dito medio (so che non avrei dovuto farlo). Dopodiché, l’autista ha iniziato a seguirmi in modo aggressivo, bloccandomi la strada (come nella foto n. 1) e persino prendendo a calci la mia macchina. Quindi me ne sono andato.
Ammetto che anch’io ho commesso un errore. Tuttavia, a causa delle sue azioni, la portiera della mia macchina si è graffiata (vedi foto n.2).
Per tua informazione, ho scoperto che la telecamera di sicurezza di un negozio vicino ha catturato il momento in cui mi ha bloccato la strada e ha agito violentemente verso la mia macchina.
Posso intraprendere qualche azione legale o devo semplicemente lasciar perdere?
Se fossi nel mio paese d’origine, saprei come affrontare questa situazione, ma qui non ho idea di cosa fare. Quindi vorrei chiedere la tua opinione.

Ehh I think you learned your lesson. Its just a scratch and its just a car. Tbh I feel like taking any legal action is to much stress and hassle to be worth it. Even if you win the case It’ll eat up a bunch of your time and sanity.
Why did you flip him of? Honking in this situation does not mean that he was annoyed or meant anything other by it than making you aware that you missed the trafficlight turning green. He could sue you for flipping him of as well. Kicking your car and reacting like that is ridiculous non the less and I get that you are upset.
