      well that makes me feel better about my Pepsi problem, my bottles at least go in the bin or recycling

      I understand that mental health comes into play for a lot of people like this, but what I’m not sure about is how it gets to this stage?

      How the hell does a housing association property get to this stage?

      There is a requirement for yearly Gas and 5 yearly Electrical certificates, along with fire safety considerations. Even at 2 bottles per day you’re talking well over 4 years worth of rubbish. This should have been picked up much sooner, this association needs a kick up the arse!
