Replace the door, those basic doors are cheap AF.

you can try to sandpaper the edges and just paint over it.
On top or bottom of the door there is a sticker that tells the door size, go to hardware store and get a new one.

If you’re panicking over security deposit, just don’t. That’s nortmal wear and you don’t need to fix it.
Quick layer of tasoituskitti, quick sanding with some very fine sandpaper (like 200 or 300 grain), repeat until smooth and then 1-2 layers of paint.
