    Mi sono innamorato di una casa


    Quello che ho visto nelle Fiandre, architettura brut e giardino fresco. Non riesco a smettere di pensarci, ne voglio uno per me così. Lo so, però, non piace a tutti.

    Se il proprietario lo vede, giusto per farti sapere che sono pronto per una visita, voglio sapere quale architettura hai scattato e voglio i tuoi progetti (tutto questo con senso dell’umorismo e rispetto).

      I hope that house is cheap af to build because if not see any other reason to make something so boring and uniform.

      This is exactly what is fucking up our whole country. Every town has multiple, so ugly and zero character.

      That is the most basic “modern” block house you can find just about “13 in a dozen” all over Flanders. It’s more than likely just a “sleutel-op-de-deur” house from a big building firm. Any decent architect can make you a better plan than however this one is built.

      I don’t mind the house, it’s also very efficient to have a blocky house from an energy point of view, but “cool garden”? It’s literally just a small grass square with ugly fences all around.

      My dads house is in a traditional Walloon village with stone bricks, and they built a goddamn white cube right next to it. It’s an absolute eyesore…

      If they want to build their horror ok, go make a whole village of these dystopian cubes in one place, don’t ruin everyone else’s villages. And I’m far from a NIMBY or a conservative. I don’t mind new houses or even apartment buildings. But make it visually coherent with whats around…..
