  1. Russia’s war is spilling into Moldova, not through invasion, but through calculated disruption. 
     
    Recent strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure have triggered an oil spill that has contaminated Moldova’s main water source and damaged critical electricity links, forcing the government to consider rolling blackouts. What may appear incidental is increasingly deliberate, as Moscow exploits spillover effects to destabilize a country moving closer to the EU.
