Polo tee

Hello guys I am in Yerevan and I want to by this kind of polo with the coat of arms I was in Vernissage market and found it at the souvenir shop there for 3000 dram but it was sold out in my size so i tried to buy it from the street vendors at the market and they were asking double or even triple the price ;(. Can somebody tell me where to by it for a reasonable price thank you in advance
