I doubt this will hold! What arguments can they give when their members constantly ally with extremists ?

That’s certainly their right – but given the rulings in similar previous cases (on a state level or when they were designated as “potential” extremists), I don’t think they’ll get the outcome they’re looking for.

    3. I’d like to point out to the 1000 pages long document (yeah it’s Germany, paper for the paper god) that came with the designation, but it’s not public as of today.

    4. Even Elon Musk designated them centrist. Oh wait… eh… nvm.

I feel like they are trying to force whatever paper classified them as right wing extremist out into public domain.

I don’t know if it will be public without a lawsuit, but I feel like this is a show us your evidence. However, I doubt they can prove they aren’t it either.

Far right fuckwits are the biggest fans of free speech, due process and democratically held elections – until they win. Then it’s “fuck everyone except me” time.

      Give them nothing.

Good. That’s what’s supposed to happen. Having the designation evaluated and confirmed by a judge will help legitimize it.

We should just start governing any of these countries directly from Brussels that are allowing the right to take hold.  We’ve already spanked Ireland for voting no to the Lisbon treaty, Romania for choosing the wrong leader, surely Germany should be next on the list and it would be for the greater good not to let Germans vote for the afd.

I am confused about their choice of leader, I didn’t realise that she was a lesbian married to a Sri Lankan woman.

They worked so hard for it and now reject it? Confusing.

If you have to argue that you are not a Nazi and right-wing extremist. It’s usually a you problem and not a justice problem

Why not … but make it public. Let the lawyers tear them a new one. Let’s get emails, bank records and expose the hate. This is perfect to tear them apart?

      Yeah… good luck with that.

The intelligence agency (Verfassungsschutz) spent years collecting hard proof. It will be hard to find a judge that is corrupt enough to ignore all the evidence in the 1000 pages report.

That one of the AfD leaders already publicly threatened the officers that investigated the party won’t help their case to convince anyone that the AfD isn’t extremist.

    14. Interesting that the Nazis understand that being officially a Nazi is bad.

then they should maybe stop acting like a right-wing extremist group

Love when the so called defenders of democracy act in extremely undemocratic ways when their power is threatened.
