Trasianka doesn’t have a literary standard, and unliterary dialects have been frowned upon ever since the Soviet times as a sign of illiteracy. We have the same thing with Surzhyk.
Also, both trasianka and Surzhyk originating from mixing with Russian language gives people idea about oppressive nature of Russian-influenced dialects. I don’t subscribe to this idea, but many people do.
