Comandante accusato di negligenza dopo che la Russia ha mancato la cerimonia di premiazione militare nell’Ucraina orientale

> The commander of a Ukrainian unmanned systems battalion was charged with negligence after holding an award ceremony for soldiers in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast earlier this month, despite a ban.

I don’t know if negligence is really enough for this kind of behaviour. Yes, he didn’t fire the killing weapons, but doing this so close to the front seems like begging for death of soldiers.

Can’t imagine which dumb decisions this person has made before that cost the lives of soldiers.
