Sono piuttosto scettico e penso che dovrebbero provare a ripristinarlo. Forse questo è un segno che il servizio cittadino è necessario?

The federal council continues to try to make the alternative to the army worse instead of understanding that the army is not interesting (and also doesn’t need more people).
Can we go towards an incentive Idk like lighter taxes for 20 years to do a “service citoyen” instead of being forced to ?
as someone who does Zivilschutz. It is completely useless and should be scrapped entirely.
