Only hope at this point is EU setting some proper targets for the government to achieve. As in make the country an actually safe place for human habitation. Otherwise it’s clear few at the top care to do anything and it’s an issue that can be solved in a matter of months, if not weeks.
I keep saying there should be no stray dogs in the streets at all like in any decent country and I hate the culture of strays being normalized by delusional “animal lovers”
