I expected it to be in commuting distance of Dublin for that price. But Kilkee? Half of Limerick descend on that place with thousands of kids in the summer so it’s not exactly a nice quite relaxing place to spend a wet Irish summer.

Buy it, move it to Dublin, rent it out & you’ll make your money back in a few months ☹️☹️

Seems like a pretty fair price.

Probably a 60/40 split between price of the plot and the mobile home.

Its in one of the most popular holiday villages on the west coast.

And there is going to be zero new developments there for at east a few years to come under the JR for the wwtp is complete and plant in place. And even then mobile home plots will not likely be approved.

Im not sure where you are benchmarking your opinion on this. What should the price be?

It’s a holiday caravan in a tourist park, this isn’t causing a housing crisis

Why does it mention the stamp duty? It’s the seller that pays that?

em, hang on, this might not be a bad deal. NOt sure why you think this is a piss take but huge amount of people go to parks like these over the summer.

I looked into a mobile a few years ago. . . It was literally working out more expensive monthly than my mortgage!

Is there gold buried under the plot of land?…I assume you also get the plot of land????

A couple of my mates own caravan parks in Wexford

Most likely, this vendor is trying to sell the rights to his plot in the park. Some good parks have long waiting lists, but the park might have rules about how plots can be transferred

to me that van doesn’t look quite up-to-date. I am guessing it’s worth about 30 grand (based on a few that I looked at when thinking about buying one)

Another thing is that the caravan parks are usually not allowed to open all year round. In  Wexford, parks have to close up throughout December in January.
