At a quick glance, none of the food in the Fast Casual list is UPF. It looks like decent quality takeaway/restaurant grub, sushi, pizza, salad bowls and kebabs.
Drastically different from and heaps better for you than the likes of ready meals and frozen crispy meat pancakes with a satisfying crunchy exterior and a molten core of pure horseflesh.

Just because something is listed as “fast food” does not mean its over processed… Plenty of healthy options out there if you are willing to look for them…

After reviewing stuff that’s bad for us according to the internet we just have to get rid of takeout, processed foods, sitting, driving, work, education and picking our nose and we might start living a happy life. Oh and avoid microplastics they’re ummm …. everywhere 👍

Ultra processed food and Fast Food are 2 different things.
You can make very healthy fast food. Majority of Asian Street food is a fast food that takes good amount of prep and basically no time to serve. Even Ramen can be considered fast food.
Though you have to make sure you dont associate fast food with junk food that is filled with a lot of calories, sugar, fat etc..

It would be handy to have a list of Ultra processed. Like are sausages that? or stuff that has more processing and do they mean stuff like sausages and burgers because that’s processed or that it has loads of additives in it?
