It doesn’t even look comfortable, he was just doing it to be a prick.

There have been “no feet on seats” signs on trains since before you were born. Why do you think they were needed?

There’s loads of free seats, he wasn’t blocking anybody from sitting down

Why do you care so much? Do you get angry a lot at the littlest of things?

I always find myself triggered by people who put their feet on the seats in public transport. It’s dirty and disrespectful to others. I am a moany old git who will always call them out on it, politely. Actually, most just say OK or yeah and comply. Even “Yup-Bros”.

I’m a passive aggressive so-and-so who makes a point of heading straight for seats like this. Assuming I don’t sense they’re violent, on drugs etc. Same applies for seats with backpacks, unnecessarily-placed shopping bags

You know the fiberglass cattle herding sticks with the rubber tip that are about €4 in the co-op? I think we should be allowed to use them on them. A few belts across the legs with a firm “mup” would solve it within a fortnight.

I will say though that not all are as bad as they seem on the surface I remember once I was in the front seat of the bus & youngfellas came on & one of them couldn’t find their tickets & they were all rifling through pockets to find enough for a one way home but were holding everything up & it seemed like a ploy for the bus driver to get annoyed enough to let them on. I was getting annoyed myself because I was in a hurry & paid his fair it was something like a fiver & he tried handing me the collection of coins in his hand from his mates & I told him keep it & say a prayer for me.

About 2 weeks later he found me fiver in hand & told me his father was praying all week for me that his father was stuck in work & he’d have been in Limerick all evening without me. You can get the wrong impression of youngfellas too.

Not that I condone feet on the seats but what are you like taking a picture and posting it – must have little to be at??

why are you calling them a child when you recognize that they are probably an adult? Scrote behaviour like this has been around for ages unfortunately, not just “these days”

  12. I’m a nothsider so I only get the luas once in a blue moon. Everytime I do there’s some classy guy and definitely gals too who think feets on seats is ok.

Its not like its jammed and theres no seats availible. I dont condone it or do it myself but its hardly a big deal either. I love the OP taking the sneaky little pic in the corner afraid of their life to be caught lol. If you are really so ffended by this why not speak to the lad? Instead you come running here to roll around in all the snarky responses
