      I don’t get what anyone wants to be done about this? Annoying sure but companies can charge what they want (and what they know consumers will pay)

      you don’t have to go to prague to watch the play offs, that is a massive privilege to be able to do that.

      People will be lining up to pay these prices. Irish consumers complain a lot but then keep paying the higher prices, I don’t know what we expect to happen?

      Prices at Dublin’s hotels are higher on the weekend, same as flights to Ireland, and even more during the summer. Why is that?

      Why are people surprised? This is how airlines have always worked.

      Simple supply vs demand.

      This is how cheap fares exist, they take a hit selling cheap flights and claw it back and then some on the high demand ones.

      Bit more than 150%

      I went to book Dublin Return Prague €220 kicked me out 5 times trying to check out on Ryanair price kept increasing last seen it’s €700

      Was then surprised to see Belfast (I’m only a hour from Belfast) got Prague direct so got the way home Prague – Belfast on the Saturday for £60

      Way over Belfast – Edinburgh £28 2 hour layover then Edinburgh- Prague £60 on the Wednesday

      £150 all in, to book them same flights now is £780
