Ho questo vecchio tipo di controllo per le tapparelle nella mia casa in Germania. Sento che entra una notevole quantità di aria fredda. C’è un modo per ridurla? Mi rendo conto che non riesco a chiuderli totalmente e la catena si muove sul pignone. Volevo comunque usarli, ma voglio anche provare a ridurre l’ingresso di aria fredda in casa mia.

Crazy, I noticed almost the same thing just now, the rolladenkasten had a noticeable cold breeze coming from it, is it an obligation from the landlord to fix it? or the renter?
Duct tape and paper towels.
Not much to do there if you need to use them daily. If not, a piece of plastic foam will stop most air venting

…but anyways, you could just try and put a piece of cloth in there maybe? Seems like the best option if the chain has to move regularly
Inform the landlord but this thing is like 50 years old. Only thing he can do is rip it out and install a new one.
You can Google for Rollladenkastendämmung, remove the Tapete, Open the Rolladenkasten and put it in. Could Save you a Bit Money.
If someone would tell be this opens the portcullis in the town wall, I might believe it.
But frankly, it could (!) help to put a brush seal (Bürstendichtung) over the hole, maybe from two sides.
