Non so quanta neve mi aspetta sulle montagne vicino a Bad Gastein.

Depending on the weather even easy trails can be life threateningly dangerous. Don’t go alone or in the dark. Please take a guide. Don’t risk your life.
Yes.
I think you‘ll be fine if you stay on existing paths an not walk through deep snow.
Temperatures might sink to 15 Fahrenheit sometimes – especially in the morning.
While I’m not explicitly familiar with Bad Gastein i would imagine it could be ok if you can wear those with some very thick socks. Pleae be advised that temperatures will likely be below freezing, especially after sunset.
P.S.: I did actually have to google what 35 Fahrenheit means. If you had done it and provided that information in your post, you might get quicker and better answers.
It’s more or less the equivalent of 0° C.
I’d waterproof them and consider gaiters for the snow. If you don’t mind getting them wet/your pants wet and can dry them between days out, then don’t sweat the gaiters.
If you plan to hike a lot in winter you might want to consider getting some [Grödel](https://www.berg-freunde.at/groedel/?pid=10004&wt_mc=at.nbps.bing_at.364059166.1166583660328155.72911679271652&wt_cc1=gr%C3%B6del&prof=403&camp=109212&kct=msn&kchid=415&criteriaid=kwd-72912162674352:loc-10&campaignid=364059166&locphy=146488&adgroupid=1166583660328155&cid=72911679271652&kdv=m&kext=&kpg=&kpid=&queryStr=gr%C3%B6del%2520spikes&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=5%2520-%2520b%2520-%2520Kategorie%2520-%2520Klettern&utm_term=gr%C3%B6del&utm_content=Gr%C3%B6del) if paths get slippery.
