Ciao,
la settimana scorsa, il 18 novembre, ho inviato un pacco dalla mia città natale in Germania al mio ragazzo, che attualmente è in Slovacchia per l’università.
Il pacco è stato consegnato a SPS venerdì 21. Da allora non si è più mosso.
DHL mi ha inviato un collegamento di tracciamento per SPS e ho anche provato a tracciarlo tramite il sito Web ufficiale di SPS. Lo status è rimasto "Prima registrazione" E "Scarica al Pickup Hub" da venerdì mezzogiorno.
Per me è insolito che un pacco non venga elaborato per due giorni, in questo caso sabato e oggi lunedì.
Il pacco non deve passare la dogana, perché entrambi i paesi fanno parte dell’UE, quindi non ho spiegazioni sul motivo per cui non ci sono stati progressi.
Qualcuno sa perché potrebbero esserci ritardi e se questo è normale per SPS?

I think today they will send it..
It’s normal, SPS doesn’t work weekends. They should start processing that package today. Also, Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, Christmas is coming, people are going crazy and delivery companies are busy right now. So even if they won’t process it today/tomorrow, it’s still pretty normal occurrence. Just be patient.
It wont change a status during weekend.. but sps is quite fast so i reckon if they registered it on friday it should move today/tomorrow the latest
