Qualcuno può aiutarci con queste impostazioni per ottimizzare l’acqua calda? In inverno riceviamo forse solo una doccia calda al giorno. Il mio padrone di casa ci ha detto di metterlo sul tramonto del sole/luna in inverno. Ci sono altre modifiche che possiamo apportare?

That thing is some museum piece… you can try and cheat by going on the sun/sun mode, it will not go into night mode to save fuel though. If that does not help, something might be defective with the water tank if you have one. If the “cheat” works, the timer is probably set wrong or is defective.
You likely shower in the morning or at night when the night mode is already on. Warm water seems to already be set to 60 degrees. Swapping to sun/sun mode will prevent night mode but it will burn a lot more oil/gas because of this.
