Qualcun altro nel mio condominio fa rumori forti e mi accusa di questo. Questa minaccia anonima è arrivata ieri indirizzata a mio nome. Sono un espatriato che vive qui da più di anni e non sono io quello che sbatte le porte o fa rumori. Come posso proteggermi?

Call the police yourself, now, and at least make them aware of this situation.
Also call the landlord and inform them of the same.
You might also consider going throughout the apartment and trying to figure out who exactly is doing it. If they’re being that loud and slamming their door, it shouldn’t be too hard to pinpoint. Once you know, inform the landlord and/or the police.
edit: Yes, the note can absolutely be viewed as threatening, and yes, it’s worth calling the police. No, the police are not going to sit around and wait for whomever is actually doing this to do it, and without knowing who is doing it, there’s literally nothing they, or the landlord, can do.

Write msg on main door denying accusations
Taking the notes yourself, detailing the noises and the time it happen. So if the police indeed came, you can show them your notes.
I wouldn’t even bother reacting to something like this, though I would try to talk to your other neighbours about if you know them to try to figure out who it is and to ask if they have also received notes. It is possible that this person is mentally ill. For now, I don’t think you can or should really do anything unless it escalates.

Install a camera in your apartment that records sound. It happened to me this year as well. The downstairs neighbor was complaining that I was causing extremely loud noises in the bedroom and elsewhere. I, of course, wasn’t because I’m mindful of how I step and what kind of noises I made. The accuser also claimed I made noise a Saturday morning when that day I was bed rotting all day. I installed a Ring immediately and let the landlord know that I can provide evidence of any day if the complaints continue. Have heard anything since.
Is there even someone making noise at all, do you know that? Or could it just be a person imagining it?
