L’addetto alla sicurezza ritira la richiesta di risarcimento danni contro Supermac dopo che le telecamere a circuito chiuso mostrano che ha messo lui stesso il cartello “pavimento bagnato” prima di scivolare e cadere

“It was alleged that Supermac’s was negligent because it “failed to alert the plaintiff to the hazard by way of warning barriers and/or signs” and by “permitting the plaintiff to walk in the vicinity of the shop floor where the floor was slippery”.”

“While Mr Culjak alleged that no warning signs had been put up, the CCTV actually showed Mr Culjak himself had erected a wet-floor sign before a staff member started to clean the floor. Five minutes later, he proceeded to walk across the area that had been mopped. These inconsistencies were pointed out to him by his legal team.”

At least his own lawyers told this chancer to fuck off in this instance…

Should be sued for costs and prosecuted for fraud.
