He may not have used AI, but he definitely used ‘artistic license’ on a screenshot to present a handful of shops as ‘foreign’, when they weren’t…

Not sure why he would feel the need to do this, but sometimes we can consider Occam’s Razor as a useful tool.

I think he was in Croydon in that screenshot. And yeah the video in London I saw was pretty pathetic with unconvincing scare mongering. Compared to the videos he’s done in some other European cities makes me feel good about London especially how endemic pickpocketing is in places like Barcelona whereas we still generally have it pretty good.

  3. That second video of him walking down a calm British street and trying to make out it was dangerous came across like a south African Alan partridge. Imagine being such a melt you think you need a bodyguard on Oxford street while, checks notes, harassing old women.

This is the big problem with the attention economy. I’d never heard of him before this. But if you do something wrong people rush to criticise you and correct you and it boosts your profile and now this racist liar is more famous than ever.

I have a friend who makes harmless football content. He told me he makes little factual mistakes on propose because people leave comments to correct him and the more comments you have the more algorithm boosts your videos.

Welcome to the future of information.

“The incident has reignited debate over online creators appealing to far-right audiences through sensational narratives, with critics saying polarising content is increasingly being used to drive clicks and revenue”

Maybe he is just far right himself trying to push an fake narrative

  6. and he’s getting all the attention and clicks he was looking for. Job well done and mission accomplished. It worked.

    Can’t really be surprised.

People will push whatever narrative gets them the income.

If there’s money to be made by telling people that Cows are just painted horses, someone out there will push it.. make content about it, write books about it, wrote paid for articles about it and so on.. might even set up a paid substack about it.

even if you prove them wrong multiple times.

Be careful trusting anyone who makes money by giving their opinions.

I made the mistake of watching his video on that article.

Is this guy popular among Tiktok users? The video was laughably ridiculous. Like, I couldn’t quite tell if it was supposed to be a satire of the far right.

For anyone who is wise enough not to watch it, it’s a big arian-looking white guy walking along a very peaceful-looking London street on a weekday, where there are just a few people out and about doing their shopping, and he’s trying to make out that it’s some kind of war zone.

So little happens that he starts making comments that “things are starting to kick off” when a fire engine goes past 😂 and commenting about how intimidating it is to walk past a gay bar.

The funniest thing is that he’s got some kind of bodyguard walking with him, to protect him from the old ladies doing their shopping in London.

No wonder he had to Photoshop robbers into the video thumbnail.

    He is a bell end

Went from passport bro, foreign baddie videos to far right grift / uk-is-finished type nontent instead

I think we are going to have a reverse of Paris syndrome when people visit London and they’re like holy shit it’s way better than the media portrays it as
