    AIUTO 🥲Lato appartamento sbagliato ad Anmeldung – problemi di consegna. Cosa dovrei fare?


    Ciao a tutti, sono uno studente internazionale e ho commesso un errore durante il mio Anmeldung.

    Il mio edificio ha un ingresso sinistro e uno destro. In realtà vivo sul lato SINISTRO e il mio nome è sulla cassetta postale di SINISTRA. Ma durante l’Anmeldung ho accidentalmente registrato il mio indirizzo come lato DESTRO.

    Ora DHL ha provato a consegnare un pacco sul lato destro, non è riuscita a trovare il mio nome e la consegna non è riuscita. DHL mi sta inviando una lettera con il codice Packstation e temo che possa arrivare all’ingresso sbagliato.

    Le mie domande:

    1. Deutsche Post consegnerà la lettera nella casella di posta in cui si trova il mio nome (lato sinistro)?

    2. Devo correggere la mia registrazione (cambio di registrazione)?

    3. E se la lettera non arrivasse mai?

      DHL has no access to official registrations, this is not how the system works.

      DHL should deliver stuff to where you live by checking the adress and the mailbox. With your next delivery you could add an Adresszusatz like „linkes Gebäude“ for example.

      Also you just need to pickup the parcel from the Packstation now.

      This has nothing to do with your Anmeldung in your city. DHL does not (and even can’t in an easy way) access that data. DHL is just a private company , Anmeldung is for the authorities. DHL deliverers just come to your address and try to find your name somewhere onsite. If they fail to do so because of the entrance, you need to make sure that the entrance is stated as part of the address on the parcel.

      There is no connection between your official Anmeldung and DHL.

      You should fix your Anmeldung but not for DHL. They only know the address the sender writes on the package.

      When you order something add something in your address line like (Linker Eingang) or (Eingang Links) at the end of your apartment number.

      I use to live in an apartment in the basement of my landlords house so I would write my street address as: something Straße 46 (unten) and never had issues getting packages.

      As others have said DHL has no access to your registered address, they go off the address you give the company you order from.

      Just type in the correct address when you order something. DHL has no access to the information of your Anmeldung, they rely on what you tell the seller where to deliver.

      But also fix your Anmeldung.

      Go to the wrong entrance and try taping something like „dhl for [lastname] entrance left“ 
      Or idk ask one of the people at the wrong entrance if you could add your name temporarily so the letter lands in their mailbox and you pick it ip when it does? and in the future write the correct entrance when typing in your address.
      And definitely correct the address in your anmeldung bc won‘t all the official government stuff that you potentially get also land nowhere then?
