Ciao a tutti,
Sto cercando di installare una presa a soffitto in modo da poter collegare una lampada da soffitto a mia scelta, al posto di una lampada a led collegata direttamente ai cavi.
Capisco che questo tipo di presa sia molto comune in Finlandia, ma la mia società di manutenzione si è rifiutata due volte di aiutarmi, dicendo che l’inquilino precedente ha modificato l’impostazione originale della presa.
Posso farlo da solo? Qualche consiglio?

I recommend hiring an electrician if you dont know what you’re doing.
If you really want to give it a go, get yourself a voltage tester (uni-t or benning) and identify the wires coming out from the wall. Do not trust the colors!
Regardless of what the previous tenant may have done, the maintenance company should absolutely return it to its original state. If there’s extra expense it should be paid by whoever owns the apartment.
Installing the socket is a simple matter of turning off the breaker, detaching the wires from the old light fixture and transferring them over to the socket. But if you’re not comfortable doing the work and are not sure what to do, it’s a good idea to hire an electrician. Mains voltage is no joke.
