More submarines need to be added. You could call a suitable weapon smth like a shark’s name🦈. I am afraid Putler is threatening with nukes, coming out of non-static places, like … I mean, they’re diving around. He can’t really afford to build more, does he? So he has to ask Kim and the others but that’ll be a ginormous favour to ask. They’re very expensive and he‘s loosing things he can offer for exchange. Oil and energy.
