      Honestly, totally get the frustration, especially with how some tourists behave lately. Clearer signs in multiple languages about local rules and fines might already scare off a chunk of the worst offenders.

      For most part the EU has paid, it folded like a cheap deckchair in negotiations with Trump.

      The only reason they might get money out of X, is Trump has fallen out with Musk.

      If they restart their bromance, the EU will fold again.
