      Governments and government agencies/officials should really stop using that hell site for official communication.

      We giving him way too much power IMO. In South Africa, so many of our comms from municipal councils, mayors and even cabinet ministers chose to your Twitter for office related communications.

      It pisses me off, that this loser who is anti South Africa, anti EU and Nazi sympathiser is given legitimacy in this manner.

      Ban that stupid website.. ugh! 😤

      Been saving this shit for a while: ban Twitter or heavily regulate it back to its pre 2016/17 self. It has been used as a Trojan horse for soft regime change in western democratic countries and it’s why we’ve been seeing an increase in the non organic ‘manufactured right’.

      EDIT:

      To add. I wrote to the EU commission a few months back asking what is being done specifically about Twitter. Beyond a boiler plate response there was something seemingly written by a human. They stated that under the DSA Twitter/X being classified as a “Large Online Platform” has certain obligations like combating disinformation and making their data available for independent analysis.

      They had not met those obligations last I checked. Action by the EU is long overdue.

      We will not miss half-ass electric cars, and the propaganda machine disguised as a social network.

      Same goes with SpaceX.

      If all this shit had happened with China, hell if Elon hadn’t openly said all that about China but said it during a private phone call that got leaked, he’d already have started doing a billion-dollar apology tour of all China that ends with him all but kissing Xi’s feet, and they’d still confiscate every last penny he owns and make him sleep with one eye open for the rest of his life.

      Musk is such a little weenie. Meta and Google keep doing the same and just pay the tiny fines (like the current Twitter one..). But he has to throw a hissyfit every time a random poster is mean to him.

      Wish EU would just ban or actually apply their 3% fine like GDPR threatens to.

      Ps- I know this one isnt GDPR related, but all 3 companies have been caught ignoring it multiple times
