That data is not exactly the worst part for that gas station. The brain drain took out at least another million of the Russian pre-war male population (which would be 10%), while there’s a million casualties in total (another 10%). All of that for 1.45% Ukrainian land.

Yeah, it’s a lot worse than 1% of available male manpower.
