Partners will be concerned
Exactly the question all Ukrainans want to hear answer to before making any concessions

Better question is, “When Russia again starts the war, what will our partners do?”
It’s got to be finished in this iteration, with the comprehensive defeat or Russia. This is the only outcome that will benefit everyone – including Russia.

not “if”, but rather when.
Current partners? Probably they will say “you shouldn’t have started this war, now cede more territories to end it”. And of course, “this is not my war, if I was a president, it would never started”.
Based on the current state of affairs, blame them for starting it, demand that they surrender, then congratulate Russia on doing a great job. I can well see why Zelensky would be concerned.
His next question should be why aren’t they doing it now
