Normal-Definition-81 on 08/12/2025 16:11 If it’s an other wall: very likely. Looks like a typical thermal bridge. You can try mold removal sprays (if the room can be ventilated), maybe it helps. I‘d guess it’s more of a case for your landlord including removal of the wallpapers.
