It’s part of the living display currently on at George’s dock. It seems to cycle through some patterns and for part of it a bunch of spot lights point up
In the Celtic Tiger this was usually a sign of new nightclub opening…
Jesus those spotlights used to be a thing outside of nightclubs all over Dublin back in the very early 90s…

It’s a bunch of spotlights synchronised to music, by the IFSC – not sure why it’s there though

I walk by there every night, and it looks pretty cool from close up too. I’m not sure what the exact point is, but it looks nice.
