Trump has been bought by the Russians. The provision about Euroclear’s frozen assets, earmarked for Putin’s inner circle and Trump’s allies in “28- points plan”, was intentionally included to pit USA against Europe
They (Putin&Trump) probably cut a deal in Anchorage for European stakes in assets in Russian market to go to US interests.
