      Did the EU members collectively abstain? Bit odd, I get why some countries would be opposed, but it’d be no skin off our backs.

      If you look through the votes, Russia and Belarus voted in favour, and most of the non-colonising European countries abstained, so it seems incredibly likely there’s something shitty contained in the details of the proposal.
