




Il 9 dicembre ho ricevuto la notifica che sul mio conto Paypal erano stati addebitati 20€, 5 volte tramite DB. Non ho autorizzato questo né ho alcun abbonamento ricorrente con DB. Ho contattato sia Paypal che DB, ma entrambi sostengono che solo l’altra parte può aiutare a risolvere questo caso. Ho anche appena contattato la mia banca per aiutarmi a risolvere questo problema e aspetto una risposta. Ma qual è la soluzione migliore qui per me?
PS: ho già aggiornato e protetto le password di tutti i miei account.

Chargeback or dispute the payments with your bank, as a start. If you really didn’t authorise these charges (including by giving an one-time password to some unauthorised website), then the bank is presumed liable.
If you gave the one-time password or another form of authentication to a fraudulent website, then you are presumed liable and you are mostly out of luck.
You need activate 2fa as fast as possible, the change of passwords my not be sufficcient, run a virus check on PC, also on smartphone check your Apps for known fraudulent ones. Check you bank account bound to the paypal account for these transactions, also you can try dispute these transactions with bank.
Why would that be a scam from DB? Most likely someone got access to your Paypal account. If anything DB was also a Victim here, how should they have known it was not you?
