Ciao a tutti,

Qualche consiglio su come sbarazzarsene? Il nostro padrone di casa/azienda risponde a malapena a qualsiasi cosa, quindi sto pensando di gestirlo da solo.

Grazie in anticipo per qualsiasi consiglio!

They sell a spray that kills mold surprisingly well, though you’ll probably also want to find and address the root cause.

It’s mold. You can remove it on the surface but the problem will most likely return. By the way, ventilating the apartment for 2 hours is not necessary, especially in winter, and it might be part of the problem. Just ventilate for a few minutes. In Germany this is called “Stoßlüften”.

    Seems huge, I would recommend,
    1. strongly recommend a chemical to get rid of it at least internally, ur luften is ok, but sometimes mold also happens due to not dry walls.
    2. Keep the heat up, and never below 18 degrees so the walls won’t get wet at all. There are humidty detectors, they cost 10 bucks and can help u detect this issues.
    3. Mold can grow again cause it could be inside the walls, that’s a big problem. In any case, report, report that u make luften, report that u clean it, everything written down!
    4. Did i mention report it? Take pictures, have everything written down, and join an association if needed, as they are extremly cheap vs what can cost u being unprotected against depretative landlords. Or when u leave, u will be charged.
    5. You should never let it grow this big ever again! This is dangerous, not only for the building as it rots it, but ur own health. You are literally breathing a neurotoxin.

If mold keeps appearing, at least it won’t be cause u let it grow, and u will have proof to prevent ur deposit to disappear.

This is not possibility, but already a reality.
I used Tonis SCHIMMELSCHOCK once, and helped, so far no mold.

Do you ventilate immediately after showering? Leaving the window open for an hour in winter might actually be the reason you have mold in the first place
