In terms of real efficient work time, it’s probably just a quarter….
That is if you exclude all the chatting and coffee breaks, all the government officers that pretend to be working and regularly leave an hour earlier…. and compare this to the hard working Pakis and Africans.
That is expected, when less than half of north’s population are Cypriots.
