The headline says the USA agreed to it. The article doesn’t say that at all.
Don’t buy these empty promises. Same bullshit as Budapest memorandum – look where it brought you. Ukraine, persist and prevail!
A peace treaty should involve EU peacekeepers inside Ukraine – right on the border with the aggressor.
West can plan these to the end of the world but unless russia agrees and stop it wont stop.
Either they have run out of money and manpower or west have to force them out…
