Vengo da NI e ho conosciuto alcuni amici in Germania. Volevo inviare loro della roba per Natale e ho spedito 2 piccoli pacchi il 3 dicembre. 1 di questi pacchi è stato ricevuto ma l’altro ha avuto un tracciamento strano e da oggi è cambiato per dire che verrà restituito? La mia amica non ha ricevuto il pacco quindi non lo ha rifiutato? C’è qualche possibilità che questo possa essere un errore?

I suspect you’ve fallen afowl of the PUL community boogie man, the Windsor Protocol. Looking at the 9:20 update on the 16th it says you didn’t have sufficient documentation to export. So the question is, what was in the parcel to flag that. I assume you’ve included some food stuff, just remember if you send anything with a “not for EU” label on it, that would get caught.
Looks like it might’ve been the customs documents? Perhaps something was missed off or the system made a mistake with it. Worth contacting them for more info.
Never had this happen. Worst I’ve had is a Christmas card held by the zoll for 2 weeks a couple of years ago.
