He focused most of power on himself, scheme involved people from his office and his nearest circle so even if he wasn’t involved in scheme he still responsible. When he will leave office it will be interesting to know truth about his involvement as well as involvement of trump, who released his piss plan right after this scheme was exposed and who added full amnesty point for everyone to the plan

There is no scandal at all, no news or official topics on it whatsoever. The Corruption theme was a Russian narrative all this time and even before 2022. Every take was debunked hundreds of times. By playing along useful idiots are supporting Putin’s propaganda.

I’m sure there’s a lot of people with this opinion, but the poll that was conducted was a telephone survey. Those are notoriously flawed as only a certain kind of people will be interested in answering the phone and responding to questions from a pollster. Usually it’s older people and people who already have a strong opinion and will sit through the survey to voice their complaints. This doesn’t invalidate the whole methodology, but generally telephone surveys are much less accurate than in-person.
(As a side note, never trust a survey conducted on an online community. Those are just echo chamber statistics. I’ve seen quite a few like that pop up recently. Always check methodology and if it’s not provided then it’s not a serious survey.)

Like Truman said “the buck stops here.” He is at the top. Even if he wasn’t involved he carries some responsibility as the one in charge. Plus he kept defending the guy when it would have been better to cut him loose quickly.
I assume “responsible” as in a leader being responsible for those under him (which is fair), but not as in being implicated
