    Government to immediately spend a fortune with them.

    That’s the **only** reason these companies hire former politicians who have little in the way of real world skills – for the back channel contacts to get sales without oversight or bidding.

    So…. as i posted this. Reminds me why Politicians dont work in our favor. On top of my head:

    * Nick Clegg = Facebook (President Ret)
    * Rishi Sunak = Microsoft
    * Amber Rudd = Darktrace (ret?)
    * Sajid Javid = C3 AI (ret?)
    * Tony Blair = Digital ID maestro (made that one up)

    List goes on:

    Also this article which is related:

    [https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2025/dec/17/from-nvidia-to-openai-silicon-valley-woos-westminster-as-ex-politicians-take-tech-firm-roles](https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2025/dec/17/from-nvidia-to-openai-silicon-valley-woos-westminster-as-ex-politicians-take-tech-firm-roles)

    So our politicians are likely compromised by rogue states (we know who), they are also compromised by mega corporations, tech bros et al.

    Now you see why democracy is broken, if you dont? I do!

  3. As if you needed further proof OpenAI were a bunch of grifting tossers who shouldn’t even be trusted alone with a freshly baked pie.

    This is the cunt that gave huge tax breaks to pension firms then immediately took a job from one with an eye watering salary for part time isn’t it? Wanker. Had a huge hand in running the country empty after Labour had built it back up.

    So when OpenAI goes under it’ll be our problem now as well…great.

    Do you know what is worse than an AI Terminator? A Tory Terminator.

    The Tories, then Blackrock, the Evening Standard, Crypto, and now AI.

    What a CV. It is like he is collecting badges for making the world a worse place.

    Proof, if any was needed, that over privileged, self-entitled grifters are gonna keep the grift going!?!!

    They do not tax the rich so that the rich can create jobs for them when they are booted out of power.

    so when someone one invites you to ‘fight for our democracy’ – as they soon apparently might do – remember that *this* is your democracy.

    Oh the George Osborne who was party to allowing the referendum (advisory) on Brexit. The George Osborne who failed to make any kind of compelling argument before or during the biggest act of national economic self harm since WW2. The George Osborne whose big idea was austerity, becoming an orthodoxy that has led to complete breakdown in social programs, the NHS and created a truly massive wealth gap. Profit seeking rather than investing. Well what a great idea for someone to advise countries. I think I would rather just ask ChatGPT.

    Great, the Prince of Darkness joining OpenAI. We are all fucked.
