The Steppe Wolves are a volunteer unit made up of men over the age of 60 – men who were turned away from the Armed Forces of Ukraine due to age.

Instead, they formed their own unit and continue to serve Ukraine. Roving behind the front line with truck-mounted rocket launchers, they take orders from field commanders and work alongside other units, contributing directly to the war effort despite lacking an official military status or state support.

Because they are not officially part of the AFU, the Steppe Wolves receive no state funding. Everything they do is entirely self-funded.

Donated funds will be used to cover essentials such as fuel and vehicle maintenance, tires, sustenance, and funeral related expenses for fallen brothers.

This fundraiser is about dignity and supporting those who chose service even when they are told no one needs them anymore. Hell – not only do we need them – we love them for their no nonsense attitude and inspiring strength.
